After Your Wedding

Our policy is simple: Whatever is brought in must be taken out by either you or your vendors 30 minutes after the expiration of your rental. The buildings will all be locked at that time. Nothing can be left overnight, including vehicles.

Everything from the previous wedding will be off the property when you arrive. We need to give the same respect to the next event. Make sure to double check you have all of your items before leaving the property. Any excessive cleanup will result in a fee.

  • Any personal belongings left behind will be held for one week. Pick up of these items must be arranged with Abella Staff for a nonevent day. Anything not picked up within one week of the event date will become the property of Abella. The Willows

  • This space is available for 2 hours after your ceremony. Don't forget your wedding arch or any other decor - there are no lights at the Willows, so your crew will want to get items early!

    • Abella staff will have any rental items ready to go for you to place on tables. If you are renting an Arch, that will be set up for you and our staff will take it down.

    • If you rent table linens through Abella, you are welcome to leave them on the tables at the end of the night and our staff will take care of them.

    • Designate a clean up team and communicate expectations! Make sure you have a clean up plan to ensure everything is off the property in time. Often times the people you are counting on are tired and have had too much to drink and are nowhere to be found.

    • Don't pull your linens early! Wet cups ruin our tables, so linens must remain on tables until the end of the event.

    • Cigarettes: Too many cigarettes left behind qualifies as excessive clean up. If you are anticipating a lot of smokers, be sure to designate someone to clean up the butts throughout the day.

    • Florals: Organic materials cannot be disposedo of in our dumpster or on site . Please plan to take your florals home with you. Note that if your florist is bringing your arrangements, you’ll want to make sure you have room in your vehicle(s) to take them with you at the end of the night!

  • Any issues, by either party, must be addressed and brought to the attention of all parties within 10 days of the event.

    If nothing is damaged, your damage deposit will be returned within 14 days of the event. We will return via Venmo or check (please note that checks will be placed in the mail no more than 14 days after the event).

  • Please share your Photos with us! We love showing off our couples and their beautiful days! All credits will be given to your photographer.
