WHEN CAN I SHOW UP FOR THE WEDDING OR EVENT I'M INVITED TO?

Guests typically begin to arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony time. Please check with your event host to see when they plan to begin.

WHERE SHOULD I PARK?

Our parking attendants will greet you upon arrival and assist you with finding a spot in the parking lot.

Handicap parking is available and located closest to the patio.

CAN I LEAVE MY CAR OVERNIGHT?

Overnight parking is not allowed. Please plan accordingly to ensure that you have a safe ride home and your vehicle will not be left on the property. Check with your event host to find out about shuttle & ride services that may have been booked for your event.

CAN I BRING A CAMPER OR TRAILER?

Our parking lot is not be able to accommodate campers or trailers. Please plan accordingly.

WHEN WE ARRIVE WHERE SHOULD WE WAIT FOR THE EVENT TO BEGIN?

Our patio provides a wonderful space for guests to mingle before finding a seat for the ceremony. Benches and chairs are available.

CAN I BRING MY OWN BEVERAGE ON TO THE PROPERTY?

No. All food and beverage must be served through the catering and bartending staff. Any food or beverage brought in will be confiscated and not returned.

CAN I BRING MY PET?

We must respect all of our guests that may have allergies to pets. Pets will not be permitted on the property.

CAN I BRING A STROLLER?

Yes! Many guests with young children or babies enjoy having a stroller on site. There are walking paths throughout the property and our spaces make it easy for you to have a stroller with you.

ARE YOUR BATHROOMS EASILY ACCESSIBLE?

Our bathrooms are located in the main reception hall. No stairs are required to access them. Diaper changing stations are available in both bathrooms for the littlest guests.

WILL THE EVENT I'M ATTENDING BE OUTSIDE?

Many couples choose to hold their ceremony in our outdoor space, so we suggest dressing appropriately for the weather. If your event host has not planned to utilize our Trolley, there will be a 6 minute walk down a gravel path to the outdoor ceremony space, so please wear appropriate shoes. Our golf cart will be available for those who are in need of assistance. You can check with your event host to see if they plan to hold their event outdoors.

IS SMOKING PERMITTED ON THE PROPERTY?

We kindly ask that smoking happen 30 feet away from the entrance to every building. There is a cigarette disposal near the edge of the patio.
