Overnight Parking: Our parking lot is nice and big with 130 spots, not including overflow and our vendor parking lot, but all of those vehicles need to leave at the end of the rental period. Our operating permit does not allow overnight parking.
Shuttles: The amount of shuttle trips is dependent on how many passengers your shuttle can hold, hotel distance from Abella, and how many guests plan to ride the shuttle.
Example: Typically for a wedding size of 200 people, roughly 50 people will plan to ride the shuttle. Our recommendation would be to offer 1-2 shuttles before the ceremony, having the last shuttle planned to arrive at Abella 10 minutes before the ceremony begins. At the end of the night, we suggest 2-3 shuttles depending on shuttle size. 9:30pm and 10:30pm are great times for the earlier shuttles. Most people will be on the last shuttle, so plan to have at-least 30 seats available. If you are planning to go to the end, it is best to have your shuttle planned to arrive at 11:30pm. When the music ends at 11:45pm this gives ample time for your guests to board the shuttle and be off the property by midnight.
The last shuttle should plan to arrive to Abella 30 minutes prior to guests needing to be off the property to ensure you can get everyone out on time.

Lyft + Uber: Lyft and Uber do drop off at Abella before the ceremony but are not typically available at the end of the night.
Buses: Due to the size of the lot and the potential need for the trolley to loop through, there is often not enough room for buses to park at the venue during the event. Street parking is not allowed on the adjacent streets. Our parking attendants will be able to show bus drivers where to park so that they will be able to exit, if there is room.
