Wedding Party Tips

We want you all to have a great day! After seeing dozens of weddings come through our doors, we have put together a few tips and tricks to help you best support the bride and groom.

• Pace yourself! It is a long day with plenty of opportunities to drink. If you need to use the restroom or throw up, please use the designated restrooms. If you get sick and it requires our staff to clean up, the couple will forfeit the full damage deposit.

• Make sure you have your ride figured out! Cars cannot stay overnight.

• Don't over pack! We've seen so many people pack a whole suitcase and regret it because of the clean up. Bring only what you NEED. Don't bring excessive amounts of food, beverages, and personal belongings as it complicates the clean up.

• We have 10 restrooms located in the reception hall. Public urination is not permitted on the property. It is a violation of the couples contract and will result in loss of damage deposit.

Wedding Suites - The Cottage & The Granary

• Venue rental begins at 10am.

• Maximum capacity is 15 people per suite.

• Clean Up: It’s no fun to do clean up after the party has started! We have found it works best if you clear out the suites before the ceremony so you can spend time during the reception on the dance floor. There is a closet located off the porch of the bridal suite where you can store personal items that you may want through out the night. This room is secure and we will give you the key code.

• The suites are only for the wedding party. This means anyone listed on your program. Relatives or friends that arrive early are not permitted in the buildings and are not able to consume any food or alcohol you brought to the suites.

• Alcohol will need to be given to the bartender or locked in vehicles prior to the ceremony.
